After receiving a quote from you last week, I made the decision to
invest a little extra money in my vehicle stereo. I came in with your
original quote, and you quickly gave me an option of a new piece of
equipment that would perform much more efficiently in my particular
vehicle. There was never any pressure involved in my buying process,
simply a suggestion. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that.

Thanks for the report on the sale and install of our new saucer
woofers. As far as I know, you guys were the first retail store in the
United States to sell and install these woofers. I sent the pictures
and description off to our public relations manager, so you may be
